You commit to take products to market, and have the retail, distribution, or channel partners to do so. You expect to sell over 250k of volume for each SKU, and have a track record of having done so or reasonable expectation to hit such volumes. You are willing to commit to a close relationship for acoustic product design collaboration. You are a well-financed, stable company.
